Welcome to season.  We are a small family business, based in the Malvern Hills.  We are supported by the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and specialise in 100% wild only, ethically sourced, sustainable conservation led, local wild venison products, based in the heart of The Three Counties.

 

All our products are sourced from our local area and the Welsh borders, in house.  All our wild deer are culled selectively under license, as part of deer management plans integral to ongoing woodland & forest conservation work, while being essential to maintaining a healthy and sustainable wild population.

 

There is complete traceability, from the field and forest, to you, the consumer.  Our venison contains the highest protein of all red meats, while remaining very low in fat content, the health benefits are well documented.  From prime cuts to artisan processed wild meats, we take inspiration from the foraged forest, the hop farm, the moor, the field & river wilderness..

 

As previous award winning brewery owners, fermentation, flavour and aroma profiles are key pride points.  Our knowledge base is gained from experimentation and experience, being distilled into our food, for all the family to enjoy.

 

As all season products are sourced as a bi-product of our conservation work, they are not always readily available.  We work with the seasons and tread carefully.  We strive to maintain that essential balance and turn it into a product for all to enjoy.
