1 x 400g pack of Diced Venison remains a popular choice, being the true King of British meats, low in fat, with it's imparted wild flavour and texture, bags of flavour and it working in so many dishes, casseroles, stews, substituting beef and enriching any dish. Being diced haunch cuts, these are usually in steak form, a prime cut of the deer, the rear leg. They will not need as long to stew as they are so tender, unlike some venison off cuts. Further cut for strips or smaller chunks for stir fries, medallions, or maybe a port & wild mushroom dish, or a classic Bourguignon!
